- Open Listen, then Feedback.
- Choose a theme. A theme is required.
- Write your message in the Say anything box, then press Send.
- Save the private reply link shown after you send. It appears once and is the way to read a reply.
Keep your private reply link
Open your saved link to check for a reply. You will not receive an email when someone replies.
After sending
A sender cannot edit or delete a message after sending it. You can continue the conversation through the private reply link.
