Kriqy shows a result only when its reporting threshold is met. The number is always 5, but what is counted depends on the result. These thresholds apply to results, not to the wording or visibility of individual feedback messages.
What needs 5
| Result | What is counted | Needs |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement score, eNPS and response rate for a survey | People who answered that survey | 5 people |
| Department comparison | People in that department who answered | 5 people |
| Survey question results, including written answers | Answers to the question, and people who answered in your view | 5 and 5 |
| Mood trend | Check-ins on that day | 5 on the day. Days under 5 are left out |
| Mood sentiment split | Check-ins over a window of at least 28 days | 5 per group. Smaller groups are combined as “Other”. Percentages are rounded to the nearest 5 |
| Wall of Change and theme cards | Feedback items in that theme | 5 items |
| Closure rate | Counted feedback items | 5 items |
| Average days to act (careers widget) | Completed actions | 5 actions |
A hidden result appears on its own once enough people have taken part.
What the rule does not cover
It covers results. It does not hide individual feedback messages: admins see each message with its department, and managers see their own department’s messages. Leave out details that point to you.
Who sees what
Admins and managers see survey, mood and score results. Managers see mood and survey question results for their own department only. Employees do not see them.
FAQ
Why is a number hidden?
Fewer than 5 people or items contributed. Encourage more people to take part and it appears.
Does 5 mean 5 different people?
For surveys and departments, yes. For mood, it means 5 check-ins on a day, and each person can check in once a day. For themes and the closure rate, it counts feedback items, not people.
Why does a theme say “Not enough activity yet”?
It has fewer than 5 feedback items.
